Nose: Cereal notes followed by exotic fruit with pineapple and mango. Chardonnay drives the wine. In the background, a multiplicity of flavors between wood, toast and chocolate.
Palate: The palate is tonic and sharp. The praline universe is present throughout the tasting. This surprisingly energetic wine reveals a complexity unique to the House.
